Bearable crap Entrecard

Hmmmmmm,Entrecard....... every one can "get one".

This little card is perfect tool for bringing your blog to the would even if you're newbie.Honesty ever since entrecard-acquired-by-ziprunner,I have been thinking about quitting Entrecard.I really think Entrecard not giving any EC points to the person receiving a drop is a big mistake.

It's true a lot of crab around and nevertheless the good one .I would say :Without Entrecard,perhaps I will never have a chance to reach them.
Now,I am not going to talk about how the "crab blog" like, perhaps I can tell you things that I never do on my blog.

Things you should Never do on your Blog.(If you serious about blogging)

1.Tiny text. Am i too tiny? The sentence says "Am i too tiny?"....Yes ,You are.
2.Background color almost the same with font color .. ..@_@like twins brothers/sisters !When Background color is dark and the font is black ......We was like enter a dark room without electricity.

3.Wrong way to attract new visitors by unrelated logo/theme.It is another big mistake.If you blog about make money online ,putting too many hot chicks will only made you site unprofessional.It can't help you or make your visitors believe you are the expert on your topic.

4.The pop up pop under window!!!For those who put the pop up /pop under scripts on their blog,yes you might earn some money,like $0.002 ,but did you know you have wasted your visitors time and make a bad image for your blog, we waste 3 second to load and close a pop up ads and another 30 second to switch on the pop up blocker to block the ads,some pop under ads are no way to block and we force to close it manually.If you ask me will i add these blog to my list,I believe most people will close the pop up window together with the blog,and will never revisit that blog,Forever.

5.Heavy loader web page. The loading time for a blog will effect your ranking.
I don't know how search engine spider react for these sites,I will leave the blog that take more then 1 minute to load...I have more blog to visit rather that stick on the half page that take forever to load.Taking too long to load a page is a problem,but it is okay if it has useful contents,talking time to load a page that full of ads or un-relevant pop up ads is a big big problem for a blogger.You blog isn't the only blog in the world!right?

6.Blogging solely for advertisers?
If you ~~not yet~~ popular,It just not the right time to monetize your blog. .Too heavy advertisements drive your visitors away. If your goal is to make people click on those ads and leave your blog ,you can run an AdWords campaign..Your blog followers need contents.Most probably they will leave your blog forever if they found nothing but ads,ads,ads.you doesn't made much money and you lost your credibility.

Again,the popularity will determine your earning potential,not the quantity of your ads.

If you thinking to have Long term growth on your blog and have installed enterecard or others banner/traffic exchange programs to promote your blog to the world.Always remember,it's the contents where you need to control over the blog after getting new visitor from various network sources.

Time And Aging Facts

How Much Time? Ever heard someone said blogging is wasted of time?What you know about "time"?What you know about 'blogging"? Well it really doesn't matter as long as you"enjoy"....Right? Wrong.

Every birthday is a milestone that reminds you that the clock is ticking. That your body is getting weaker.That's "AGING" to remain you That you have to race against time to get everything you dreamed get done.

Many say 22 is young. I think so too :)But 23 is knocking at the door already.

You might have some really good friends and a great relationship with everyone in my family, etc... But sometimes you feel like you are not doing enough! That you could do something more! That you just afraid you might be missing out on something!You don't know what is enough, what is over..You only know you can't stop.Something is running out of you life...TIME.

Yes ,you are right,absolutely right, you only have one chance at this! You can't ask for a rewind or for another life.

Are you focus or priorities at the right place? Could you have done more during the last year? What have you done worth saying during last year? What do you plan on doing for next year? What is(are) the NEW thing(s) you will do next year? Each day is a huge checklist of your accomplishments and summary of last year, and build a new checklist for next year...

Well...because death gets closer while aging....and other maladies and degenerating disorders begin to show up after TIME.Someone will tell you to enjoy every moment the best you can.While that only half true,in real life ,it almost impossible to enjoy every moment in life.(like it or not).

The next best thing you can do is to knowing the fact that we will getting older and learn the meaning of you life .Do something that you can be proud of when you looking back when you old.Do you feel embarrassed or proud when you see old photos of yourself? Regular advertisers that buy ads with Entrecard credit will drop 50% of page impression for their Ads .With the new system,EC paid advertiser (Paid Ads) will appear in one of every two page impression in your entrecard widget.

This mean you change to "show off "on the blog from the blog that you advertise(with EC) reduce by half.These Entrecard advertiser most likely will decrease because of it.

Well,Entrcard belief that the change will not have a significant impact on the value of the spot to an Entrecard advertiser. hmmmm...Now that what we call "talking is easier then doing!"...

3.Make money with entrecard
You can make money from entrecard credit point (EC).Perhaps i should you have a "change"to make money online with entrecard if it not a scam.Yes,for entrecardes,this could be the most essential part.

According to Entrecard ,they will take 75% of the money acquired via the paid ads program to buy back your EC (entrecard credits) .That's right.Those hard EC points,the EC that you earned from dropping thousand of entrecards,the EC that you earned from entrecard advertisers who buy ads from you and the EC that you earned from those who dropped a entrecard on your blog.

EC in exchange for US$.
I have no idea how much the rate for EC to USD since they are so "not enough money"It will announced by Entrecard.

How to control Your (HUGE) new pending Ads.

For paid ads,it will start running automatically on your spot *after 24 hours*. If you really DON'T like the ads(paid ads), you have 24 hours to kick in, before the system starts it up on your behalf. You can *always* hit reject/cancel and have the ad removed, and if you approve an ad, it will start running on your spot within roughly 15 minutes.

If you totally don't like those paid Ads,You can disable it . (fell like a slave ?)
You can stop and disable those paid ads by 2 click! go to your Entrecard dashboard, click on Advert settings,tick the check box for:

"Allow paid ads only if explicitly approved by you "

I will keep using entrecard (I have no choice for the things I have done).Since I still has the right to control over what runs on my blog,It's fine.

And Hey!If you think what Entrecard do is sxck , not fair,etc.go..change you position from Entrecard blogger to Entrecard publisher.Now,It's your entrcard who massively show on others entrecard members dashboard !;!

I crated you drop you top almost half year.I received some good feedback and made some friends.

I have no idea how my work going,is it brilliance or it just another crap online?(I always think i have a lot thing need to improve)

But after i discover there is actually a "blog" duplicate my site. I started thinking "Hmm...my blog really has some value in it ":)

No...

I can't say people who has similar features to my site is "duplicate".But, when the blog has very similar blog title , almost the same description,keyword,99% same blog theme color,layout,and ultimately the script is 100% the same.What else i can call it if not ="?".

However there's one thing different to mine.They have load "Ad" up side down on their blog without too many "useful" content".

When you have "talent"but use it on the wrong way.It's really shame.

I really believe whenever we do crap thing it's really can hide forever,I come across their site by checking my domain and some related keyword..Bang! we found it "drop2top"!!!

The time when i create this site there were no one have the features that i have in a single site.I did inspired by some others site but I create my own style with added features.

Not so long a go,I wrote a post Bearable crap Entrecard featuring contents of the month from 10thingsihateaboutyoursite.com. Well,It really no need 10 things if it's a vital mistake.

Whenever you create something,you can get inspire by others people work ,but you have to make your own creation ....It's what make you "You"!!

My previous post"content of the month :Bearable crap Entrecard".I talk about what things I never do on my site to ensure the quality and user experience of this site.

How to tell the difference between authentic (pro) and variant (crap)?

Do you agree if all the Entrecard blogs follow the"Entrecard's Blog Quality Standard". It shouldn't be any crap Entrecard's in Entrecard network?

Like most others Entrecard users I almost forgot Entrecard do have something call "Blog Quality Standards".

Entrecard's Blog Quality Standard: (part)

Minimum 5 posts: Blogs with no posts, or less than 5 quality posts written within the last 3 months, will be removed.
Content must be original: Reproduced content does not provide the specific qualities we are looking for in the Entrecard network. This includes both sites that use legitimate reprintable content such as “free articles”, abstracts and public domain content as well as illegitimate, illegal content such as stolen content or scraped feeds. Duplicate content, such as posts that appear on two or more blogs belonging to the same person is also unacceptable.

No full-screen ads or popups: Blogs that include full-screen ads or popups will be removed. This includes any popup window that appears when the site has finished loading or when clicking to view an article. It is OK for links to display a popup window if the user clicks a link, e.g. FeedBurner email subscription, but popup ads or forceful messages asking people to subscribe without clicking anything are intrusive and therefore not allowed.

Perhaps you have laugh/shock at this point because you have violate the rule that you not aware. well we've not finished yet......

No illegal file downloads: Blogs that link to illegally shared files, such as music, movies or software, will be removed. By “illegal” we mean content that you do not have the right to distribute. Linking to free, legal music and software is permitted.
Entrecard widget must be present: Including the widget on your site is a requirement if you wish to participate in Entrecard.
No redirects: Sites that use a redirect (such as tinyurl links) as the URL on their account will be deleted.
No duplicate accounts: If you have more than one account for the same blog, the duplicate account will be deleted.
URLs must be valid: Sites with URLs that do not work or are wrongly typed will be deleted.
No autoplaying audio: This includes music that plays automatically when you visit the page, or short audio ads that come up unannounced.
English only: Until we develop the infrastructure necessary to facilitate non-English language blogs, English is the only language allowed in Entrecard.
No nudity: Entrecard, and its members blogs, are generally family friendly. Blogs with images containing nudity are not permitted. This includes nudity in advertisements.
Content must be recent: Sites that have not been updated in 3 months will be removed.

Sites that violate the above guidelines are fairly easy to spot. There are some additional requirements, many of which are subjective.

Additional#1. Sites that are not blogs, e.g. indexes, directories, forums, or stores. Note: In some cases a site may be allowed if it is not a blog. The site must have a blog attached to it that meets the rest of our Blog Quality Standards, and the Entrecard account must link to the blog rather than the site itself.

Additional#2. Sites where more than 50% of the content consists of paid posts, posts with links to online stores, or affiliate links. This quota is a total, so if you write less than 50% of each type of paid content but the overall paid content quota exceeds 50%, that is not permitted. Reviews are OK, but not if every post contains an affiliate link.s I mention earlier I try to go through all kinds of posts while dropping cards. It does slow me down .And It could be the reason why I couldn't drop more cards.I get caught up in some great blogs while I drop cards .

Hard to follow every rule?

It's fine if you don't update you blog too often (Like me)and you drop as many blog as you can without go through the contents.But You just can't heavily loader your blog with ads /popup window without concerning the quality of your blog .

It's well worth effort

As I mention earlier we try to go through all kinds of posts while dropping cards. It does slow me down .And It could be the reason why I couldn't drop more cards.I get caught up in some great blogs while I drop cards .

Do you get the point? Whether you're Crab/Pro people will know.So pay attention on "Blog Quality Standards" and you'll be rewarded more then just" dropped by".
